The Blue Ridge Housing Authority will start the IMMEDIATE OPENING of the application process for our 2-Bedroom Apartments on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. APPLICATIONS for our 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom apartments will REMAIN OPEN until further notice. Please contact the Housing Authority office at 706-632-5742 for inquires. The Office location is 30 Ouida St. Bldg. G-1 Blue Ridge, GA 30513. Applications will be given out Mondays – Thursdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm ONLY. Applications can be picked up at our office, address listed above, mailed (stamped addressed envelope must be provided) or emailed.

"The Blue Ridge Housing Authority” is a Section 8 Multi-Family Housing Authority: We Do Not ACCEPT Section 8 Vouchers.
For a requesting BRHA documents under the FOIA - "Freedom of Information Act" please email traver@blueridgeha.org and all requests will be completed as soon as possible. Due to staff size and HUD requirements, it may take longer than usual to process. All requests will be done in "Hard-Copy" format and payment will be due upon receipt of the requested documents. Costs for any FOIA will be at 10 cents per copy and a minimum of $13.00 per hour for searching, organizing, copying, and any necessary redactions as allowed under the FOIA. A response for all requests will be within 3 business days of receipt of each request. All FOIA request can only be picked up Monday - Thursday each week from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The BRHA does not have the ability to provide any request in electronic format. Payment method is cash (exact), money order or personal check. All material cost that is necessary to purchase for a FOIA request will be charged to the requestor and will be included in the final cost that I will provide. The first 30 minutes of time for any request will be at no charge.
