We are Applying for a 9% Tax Credit Application for (LIHTC) Affordable Housing for 2022 - which will able the BRHA to redevelop all of our existing 48 apartments with the addition of more affordable Housing apartments for the City of Blue Ridge.  I will update this and provide documents for posting as I get them from our developer.  We hold on Every 4th Thursday of Each Month our Resident Meetings regarding this development with our Community Room located at 30 Ouida St. Blue Ridge GA 30513.
